Thank You Volunteers!

Sunny Gator!

sunnyHave you noticed our new Sunny Gator outside the MPR? Thank you to Bart Gijbels and family for making this great new mascot. Fourth grader Ellie helped with the painting!

Golden View PTA appreciates all our wonderful volunteers!  Without parent volunteers like you, many of the activities that PTA provides at Golden View would not be possible!

Volunteer Opportunities & Other Needs

Looking for ways to support Golden View and our Gators?

Current PTA opportunities

1. Vision and Hearing Screening Assistance - Mon. 3/16

Mrs. Sheets needs some volunteers  to help with the annual vision and hearing screenings for all students. Parents would record eye exam scores and escort students to/from classrooms. Easy! Click here to sign up.

2. Gator Greeters

Are you a Golden View community member who would be willing to support the transition of new families to our school community? See our Gator Greeters page for more information. If you are interested, please sign up here: Gator Greeters

2. We need a Gator with a Green Thumb!

potsDo you have what it takes to turn thesepots2

into something like this?

We're looking for a Gator Family (or Gator Families) who would like to add a little beauty and color to the front of our school. We have the pots, we just need you to add the magic touch! Please contact Cristi Davidson if you are interested in taking on this small gardening project.

Ongoing needs

1. Stock the staff lounge

SnacksThank you again to all the families that contributed to the Thanks and Giving t-shirt collection for staff. With the funds left over after purchasing almost 80 shirts we were able to make a snack wall for the Golden View staff lounge.

We will continue to monitor the wall and restock as needed until supplies run out! If you have any pre-packaged snacks you would like to donate, you may drop them off in the school office. K-Cups always appreciated too.

If you have any questions, please contact Jennifer Zotter  at
