Yard Duty Helpers arrive at 11:55 a.m. and stay until 1:00 p.m.  You monitor the students in the lunchroom and also help on the playground during lunch recess.

All noon duty volunteers must be a cleared volunteer on Be A Mentor.  Thank you for helping!

2018-19 TK/KINDER ENROLLMENT

Do you have a young Gator who will be eligible for TK or Kindergarten next school year? 

Please CLICK HERE for important details regarding the Readiness Information Nights that will be held on the following dates:

 

Transitional Kindergarten (born between 9/2 and 12/2): 

December 5th 6:30 to 7:00 at Coyote Creek and December 7th 6:30 to 7:00 at John Baldwin

 

Kindergarten (must be five on or before September 1, 2018)

December 13th 6:30 to 7:30 at Monte Vista High & December 14th 6:30 to 7:30 at Iron Horse Middle School

 

IMPORTANT 2018-19 ENROLLMENT DATES:

  • January 22, 2018                ONLINE Enrollment Opens (current TKers do not require online enrollment)
  • January 23-26, 2018           Sibling Priority: Students with siblings at their resident school should complete school-site enrollment
  • January 29-February 16      ALL NEW TK and Kinder students should complete school site enrollment

Adults who wish to volunteer on a school campus, chaperone, and/or drive on a field trip must apply through the Volunteer Management System (VMS) at Be A Mentor.
